My name is Trudy Stone, and I'm a culinary nutritionist and TV guest expert who lost 30 lbs seven years ago.
I now help women create the right mindset & healthy habits for permanent weight loss.

And while that all sounds magical (which it is!), my journey to permanent weight loss was no walk in the park.
In fact, when I first started my journey in September 2013, I KNEW I needed to make a change but I had NO idea where to start.
It wasn't until I decided to start working on changing my mindset and believing in my ability to change, did I start to really see progress.
By October 2013, I had lost 10lbs.
By November of 2013, I had doubled my previous month's weight loss, losing another 10lbs.
By January 2014, I had lost a TOTAL OF 30lbs!!
Yep. I lost 30lbs in just over 3 months of taking by eating MORE not less AND most importantly changing my mindset and believing in my ability to change.
